PLUR is the core of most festivals and what people who attend choose to live their life. PLUR is something that is inclusive and can transcend all cultures, race, gender, class, etc. It is universal for the common good of humanity. At many festivals, bracelets called kandi are exchanged. Each bracelet is hand made from plastic beads with sayings on them that are significant to the person who made them. Here are just a few things living by PLUR means:
